• Pinterest
• Webflow

You authorize Affinly to access and use these platforms solely to perform actions you initiate within the Service.

Affinly:

• Does not receive passwords
• Does not act without user authorization
• Is not affiliated with any third-party platform

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload, publish, or manage through the Service.

You grant Affinly a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality of your content
• Compliance with platform rules
• Any consequences arising from published content

Affinly does not review or endorse user content.

6. Automation and User Control

Automation features operate only based on configurations and triggers defined by the user.

You acknowledge that:

• Automation outcomes depend on your settings
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving configurations
• Affinly is not responsible for unintended posting caused by user-defined rules

You may disable or modify automation at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content
• Circumvent third-party platform safeguards
• Abuse or overload the Service

Affinly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Affinly processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For data protection purposes:

• You are the Data Controller
• Affinly acts as a Data Processor

Affinly processes data only on user instructions and in accordance with applicable law.

We are not liable for interruptions or changes.

10. Termination

Affinly's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Affinly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Affinly.io operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
